GB News' Nana Akua said Prince Harry should be tried for treason as she criticised the Duke of Sussex's "ugly" attacks on the Royal Family.
Appearing on Steve Bannon's War Room, she said the behaviour of the King's son was the exact dictionary definition of the word.
She made her comments after Omid Scobie, the Sussexes' biographer, released his new book criticising the Royal Family.
Nana said: "He should be done for treason, honestly.

"I checked out the dictionary definition of the word it's frankly somebody who goes against and tries to literally overthrow the monarchy.
"In my view, the way he's behaving, is that."
There has been particular focus placed on the book, titled "Endgame", after two members of the Royal Family alleged to have raised “concerns” about the skin colour of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s son were named in the Dutch edition.
The version being sold in English-speaking countries does not name the two people, with Scobie stating: “Laws in the United Kingdom prevent me from reporting who they were.”

The author also claims that he did not collaborate with the Sussexes when writing his book.
But criticising Harry's behaviour since quitting as a working member of the Royal Family, Nana said: "I just find his behaviour is disgraceful.
"He has betrayed is country, which is one of the biggest definitions of the word itself and actually it's still punishable by life in prison."
Despite the dictionary definition of treason, Harry's actions would be unlikely to meet the legal threshold for the crime.
After claims from the Sussexes that the British press has been out to attack them ever since they first announced they were dating, Nana added: "Meghan and Harry got married and we were very happy for them, we were joyous.
"But it all sort of started going wrong when they started preaching about the climate and sadly, the British people are good people, we can't bear hypocrisy.
"They were travelling around the world in private jets and then when it all became too much for them, they started slagging off the Royal Family.
"Frankly it's ugly, it's really ugly to see that.
"And if you look at the history, Meghan doesn't speak to her own family, and now Harry isn't speaking to his family. I think it is actually quite sad."
