Prince Harry's mooted return to the Royal Family on a temporary basis has been left in tatters after a meeting between King Charles and Prince William.

A source close to William has said there is "zero chance" he would allow his brother back into the Royal Family fold.
The source told the Mirror: "Whatever has been discussed between William and the King is private, but it is absolutely and categorically clear that he (William) would not allow Harry to return.

They added: "If anyone is going to take on more duties it will be William and that isn’t even on the agenda for now."
The Duke of Sussex flew to the UK last week and held a 45-minute meeting with the King after being informed of his father's cancer diagnosis.
The King and his youngest son are said to have shared multiple "warm exchanges" since the monarch's cancer diagnosis.
On Thursday, Harry confirmed that he will return to the UK soon as he intends to see his family "as much as he can".
