Prince Harry and Meghan are refusing to relinquish their Sussex titles, as the Duchess sent a clear message in a new interview.
The Duchess of Sussex, 43, opened up about her relationship with Prince Harry and their shared family name.
Five years after stepping back from royal duties, Meghan indicated the couple has no plans to relinquish the Sussex title bestowed upon them by Queen Elizabeth on their wedding day in 2018.
She described the name as "part of our love story".

"It's our shared name as a family, and I guess I hadn't recognised how meaningful that would be to me until we had children," Meghan told People.
"I love that that is something that Archie, Lili, H and I all have together. It means a lot to me."
The Sussex name holds deeper significance than she could have imagined before motherhood.
This revelation comes five years after the couple made the decision to step back from their royal roles in the UK.

GettyMeghan also revealed she and Harry are experiencing a "honeymoon period again" as she returns to creative pursuits.
"My husband met me when I had The Tig, and I see this spark in his eye when he sees me doing the thing that I was doing when he first met me," she said.
The Duchess is currently focused on her lifestyle brand, As Ever, and the Netflix series, With Love, Meghan.
"It's exactly how it was in the beginning," she explained, describing how Harry watches her creative process.

The couple has settled into a comfortable rhythm at their home in Montecito, California, with Prince Archie, five, and Princess Lilibet, three.
Meghan shared that their community has become protective of the family. "Once you know us, I think you want us to have the same normalcy as parents and for our children," she said.
Their routine includes "day dates" for quiet lunches together and evening "nightcap recaps" where they unwind with a drink.
"I think all parents in this phase with kids the same age know it's rinse and repeat," Meghan added.
