The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have separated their professional lives over the last few months as they focus on solo public appearances in the US despite undertaking international tours together

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have released a new video and Impact Report showcasing their philanthropic work through the Archewell Foundation over the past year.

The one-minute video features previously unseen footage of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's public and private charitable engagements throughout 2023-2024.


The release coincides with the publication of the Archewell Foundation's Impact Report, detailing their third year of operation.

The footage captures intimate moments from the couple's international tours of Nigeria and Colombia, alongside their work with various charitable initiatives both abroad and in the United States.

The report highlights the foundation's focus on community wellbeing, women's empowerment, and information integrity programmes.

Set to Coldplay's "A Sky Full of Stars", the video showcases the couple engaging with their core charitable initiatives.

Footage includes Meghan cooking with women for The Welcome Project, one of the foundation's principal programmes.

The Duke and Duchess are also shown meeting with participants of The Parents Network, another key initiative highlighted in the Impact Report.

The video captures Meghan's appearance at the SXSW Conference in Austin on International Women's Day.

It also features Prince Harry speaking at the Clinton Global Initiative in New York City, where he addressed the Parents Network's efforts to protect children from harmful online content.

The couple's visit to Canada for the Invictus Games One Year to Go countdown is also documented in the footage.

The Impact Report outlines four key themes that shaped the foundation's work throughout the year.

These include Community Wellbeing, Uplifting Women and Girls, Investing in Information Integrity and Collaborating for Impact.

The foundation's co-executive directors James Holt and Shauna Nep reaffirmed their dedication to uplifting others through these initiatives.

"Our work at The Archewell Foundation is underpinned by the core belief that mental health and our collective wellbeing are paramount," states the report.

The Parents Network, launched on Meghan's birthday, was established to support families affected by online harm.

The initiative also serves as a resource for mobilising efforts towards creating a safer online environment.

The Welcome Project, created in 2023, focuses on helping recently resettled women build community connections.

The initiative expanded to new locations this year, aiming to uplift more women through community building.

"Both core programs have positively impacted the mental health of parents and women by fostering community building as a key to our collective wellbeing," the report notes.

The foundation has also invested in several media initiatives to combat misinformation, including The Markup, URL Media, Sustainable News Center and Civic News Company.

The report also revealed Archewell's role as a founding partner of Ashley Biden's Women's Wellness (Spa)ce, described as "a trauma-informed wellness centre for women in north Philadelphia."
