Prince Harry and Meghan Markle could LOSE royal titles as family gathers for Balmoral 'crunch talks'

This year's Balmoral meeting will centre on 'how the family can best move forward without the Sussexes', an insider said
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's Duchy of Sussex titles will be "up for discussion" at the Royal Family's annual summit at Balmoral, insiders have claimed.
Balmoral is understood to be playing host to "crunch talks" over the family's future - with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex said to be in the firing line as the royals' decision-makers plot a course for the years ahead.
The King is said to see the meeting as a "happy" occasion, and Meghan and Harry's Colombian tour means the pair will not be in attendance.
And now, one source has come forward to detail just what's on the table at the centuries-old Aberdeenshire residence.

The insider told the Daily Express: "The Royal Family are meeting at Balmoral to discuss a number of different things, but one of them will be the Duke and Duchess of Sussex."
The source continued: "What people don't realise is that the Balmoral gathering isn't just a summer holiday.
"The family also participates in pre-arranged meetings where they discuss the family's current position and how they can best prepare for the future.
"Last year was very much about honouring the Queen, as it was the King's first time hosting the gathering since her death - but this will be about how the family can best move forward without the Sussexes.
MORE ON HARRY AND MEGHAN:
The summit will put Harry and Meghan's "titles and peerages" under close inspection
GettyIn a bombshell reveal, the source claimed the summit - attended both by the head of state and the so-called "shot-caller" in the Royal Family, Prince William - will put Harry and Meghan's "titles and peerages" under close inspection.
They said: "Not only will Harry and Meghan's tours and upcoming trip to Canada be on the agenda, but also their titles and peerages will be up for discussion."
Though they counselled that any move by the working royals to strip the Sussexes' titles would cause "a lot of unnecessary problems" if actioned.
Harry goes by the Duke of Sussex, Earl of Dumbarton in Scotland, and Baron Kilkeel in Northern Ireland, while Meghan is styled the Duchess of Sussex, Countess of Dumbarton and Baroness Kilkeel in the same manner.
The issue will "hopefully be concluded" during the Balmoral summit, the source claimed
PAThough Harry's Prince and "HRH" titles are awarded by the sovereign and could thus be rescinded "quite easily", the source said his peerages - i.e., his Dukedom, Earldom and Barony, would have to be taken away by an Act of Parliament.
And the Sussexes' children Archie and Lilibet could also see their titles lost if the family were to take action.
The source added: "There have been ongoing discussions surrounding this matter, but no decisions have yet been made.
"This is something that will hopefully be concluded during talks between the King and other senior royals this summer."
