Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have reached out to King Charles and the Princess of Wales following their health concerns, according to a source.
On January 17, it was announced that the King was suffering from an enlarged prostate and would undergo an operation in hospital this week.
Just hours earlier on the same day, Kensington Palace announced the Princess of Wales was recovering in hospital after abdominal surgery.
Princess Kate is expected to remain in hospital throughout this week before returning home to recuperate.
Prince Harry did not comment on the health of the senior royals during his appearance at the Living Legends of Aviation awards on Friday evening.
However, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have reached out to the King and Kate, according to an insider.
A source told the Mirror: "The King and the Princess of Wales have received support from Prince Harry and Meghan regarding their health.
"The Duke and Duchess contacted both parties in different ways to pass on their concern and best wishes."
Princess Kate is expected to remain in hospital throughout this week before returning home to recuperate.

It comes as the monarchy is facing a shortage of working royals.
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry stepped down as working members of the Royal Family in 2020.
The Duke of York has not conducted working duties for the Royal Family since his disastrous Newsnight interview in November 2019.
Prince William has postponed all his upcoming royal engagements following Kate's operation.
The monarchy is facing a shortage of working royals.
