Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's Archewell Foundation has cut financial ties with an organisation after its founder allegedly made anti-Israel statements, according to new claims.
The Foundation severed its relationship with the Milwaukee Muslim Women's Coalition (MMWC) following comments by its founder, Janan Najeeb.
Najeeb described Israel as an "apartheid state" and used the phrase "from the river to the sea, Palestine will be free" in blog posts.
The charity, established by the Duke and Duchess of Sussex in 2020, was thought to be "appalled" when made aware of these statements.

After Najeeb's comments were brought to light, GB News understands that a letter was sent to MMWC and its founder last week.
It is also understood that the Archewell Foundation has a zero tolerance policy towards hate speech, and that the decision was based on the promotion of propaganda — not political views.
In addition, as reported by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, a mural encompassing Nazi propaganda was created by Najeeb's brother, Ihsan Atta.
As a result, the Foundation has ceased making any future donations to MMWC. The Archewell Foundation had previously provided financial support to the Milwaukee Muslim Women's Coalition.
In a previous statement, Najeeb had thanked the Foundation for its support.
"We took swift and impactful action in response to the war on Gaza. Our efforts, alongside other Wisconsin-based organisations, aimed to raise awareness and demand human rights for Palestinians," she said.
The MMWC describes itself as a non-profit organisation based in Wisconsin that aims to educate locals on Islam, Muslims, and promote diversity in the US state. The MMWC has been active on social media following the funding cut.
The organisation's official Instagram account has shared several posts about the Archewell Foundation stopping its funding and calling for support towards the coalition.
When approached for comment by GB News, Najeeb provided her open statement to the Archewell Foundation, where she said: "It is in that spirit that I write to express my deep disappointment regarding the Foundation’s decision to revoke funding in response to an independent opinion piece I authored on Gaza.
"To suggest that the piece constitutes hate speech or propaganda is, at best, a profound misrepresentation."
Meanwhile, the Archewell Foundation has remained silent on the matter. Neither the Foundation's website nor its social media pages have addressed the situation publicly.
