Prince Harry doesn't enjoy fame and would prefer charitable work while Meghan Markle makes all the money, according to sources.
The now California-based royals announced they would be stepping back from working royal duties in 2020, making the pair financially self-sufficient.
Vanity Fair released an 8,000-word feature marking five years since the couple's departure from the UK, based on months of interviews with dozens of sources close to the Sussexes.
One source told the publication: "I think Harry doesn't know what he wants because he grew up in a fishbowl."

Another source suggested Meghan's influence was significant.
The source said: "She's re-parenting him in a way."
They added: "I can picture him meeting Meghan and being just a deep breath of, like: 'I've been so exhausted, and you make everything so easy.'
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex signed multi-million-pound deals with Netflix and Spotify in 2020.

Reuters/PAIt is claimed that Prince Harry discussed ideas for possible podcast shows with multiple producers and production houses in the US, dubbed as a "sociopath podcast".
The youngest son of King Charles allegedly planned to interview figures like Vladimir Putin, Donald Trump and the Pope about their childhood stories.
The duke also reportedly pitched ideas, including reviewing hot chocolate while chatting with friends or weekly episodes about "fixing" various problems, from flat tyres to global warming.
A former Spotify employee noted his plan for an Invictus Games podcast idea lacked audience crossover appeal.

Nearly two years after the couple's deal signing with Spotify, Meghan premiered her podcast Archetypes, aimed at empowering women by breaking down gender stereotypes, on August 23, 2022.
Harry did not release any content for the audio platform.
The royal's Netflix contract is set to expire this year, with Meghan releasing a cooking show alongside her lifestyle brand, American Riviera Orchard.
Prince Harry is continuing his philanthropy work with the 2025 Invictus Games, which will take place in Canada next month.
