Meghan shared a message to Prince Harry for Valentine's Day

Prince Harry has suggested that he and his wife, Meghan Markle, will not have any more children, stating that he believes "one or two kids is probably enough."

The now Californian-based couple share two children, Archie, five, and Lilibet, three.

During an interview at the Invictus Games in Canada, Harry also joked that he knows some people with five children and tells them it is their "own fault".

Harry, 40, told Canada's largest privately or commercially owned network, CTV: "I think one or two kids is probably enough."

He added: "I know some people who've got five. I just say, Well, that's your own fault.

"Having kids is amazing, but it is... it's a journey every single day, every single week.

"They just grow, and they change.

"I love the questions that they ask and the experiences and the challenges that they give you. It's great."

The Duchess shared a rare insight into the children's life on Friday, posting a video of Archie and Lilibet chopping strawberries into love heart shapes.

Lilibet can be seen wearing pink love heart pyjamas while spreading icing on a bagel, while Archie leads his mother to the window.

The couple, who announced they would step back as senior working royals in January 2020, have hidden their children's faces from the public in an effort to protect their privacy.

Since Meghan's surprise return to Instagram on New Year's Day, the Duchess of Sussex has shared clips of the five and three-year-old.
