Prince Harry's actions have been slammed as "beyond imagination" by a royal commentator after his whistlestop return to the UK to visit King Charles following his father's cancer diagnosis.
The Duke of Sussex spent just 25 hours in the UK after flying over from California to see his father upon learning he had been diagnosed with cancer.
While many have seen it as a positive sign that a royal reconciliation could be on the cards, Harry was able to spend just 45 minutes with Charles as he was due to travel to Sandringham that afternoon.
Speaking to GB News royal commentator Angela Levin said: "Harry's behaviour is beyond imagination.
Prince Harry visited the UK
PA"If someone in your family or your father is ill you try and make it something they would want. You say 'I would love to come and see you. I'm sorry things have been so bad. Can we please talk and spend some time together? Where are you going to be in London, Sandringham? I would love to come, tell me when it suits you.'
"Instead, he just said he was on his way, making a drama, to get to the front page, which he did, and it made the king agitated.
"The King had the helicopter waiting to take him to Sandringham and he needed peace and quiet as anyone might when they've had such a difficult time."
In contrast, Levin discussed the way that Harry's brother William handled his father's diagnosis.
Prince William has been thrust back into the fold
PAThe monarch’s illness has thrust William back into the fold despite his intention to take a break and care for his family while Princess Kate recovers from surgery.
"He was incredibly dignified," she said.
"He is the sort of heir to the throne that any country would want to see in my view.
"He doesn’t go hysterical and make a drama of it like his brother and I think also he didn’t want the people there to feel that they had to be very miserable and low, just as he probably feels in reality that they could."

Arriving at the dinner, William waved to people gathered outside the venue.
In his speech at the event, he said: "I'd like to take this opportunity to say thank you for the kind messages of support for Catherine and my father, especially in recent days.
"It means a great deal to us all. It's fair to say the past few weeks have had a rather medical focus, so I thought I'd come to an air ambulance function to get away from it all."
William then mingled with guests including actor Tom Cruise inside.
