Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis will not rush to visit their grandfather but stick to their normal routine, a royal commentator has claimed.
Jennie Bond has revealed that William and Kate are keen to keep things as normal as possible for their children amidst their grandfather’s health concerns.
On Monday, Buckingham Palace announced that the King has a form of cancer and is stepping back from public-facing duties.
Princess Kate has also recently been in hospital for an abdominal operation and is now recovering at Adelaide Cottage.

Bond spoke about how the children may be feeling about their mother and grandfather’s health concerns.
Bond said: “This has been a difficult time for George and Charlotte and Louis.
“It's very challenging to have not only your mother but also your grandfather, in a bit of medical difficulty.”
Bond told OK!: “We have to remember that William and Kate desperately want to keep things as normal as possible for the children.

“So it might be just the usual visit to grandpa on a Sunday afternoon if he's feeling up to it... I don't think they'll be racing around every five minutes.”
In November, it was reported that King Charles is spending “much more time” with his three grandchildren.
A source said: “Charles wants to spend more time with his grandchildren. There's so much love there.
“Before, they were miles away from the Waleses but geographically they are now much closer so he can spend more time with them, and he's very glad [of it].”

Although the King has postponed public-facing duties, the palace announced that “he will continue to undertake state business and official paperwork as usual.”
William returned to his royal duties today following a break to look after his wife and his children.
Today the Prince of Wales handed out honours at an investiture ceremony at Windsor Castle.
William is also expected to attend the London Air Ambulance annual fundraising Gala in Central London tonight.
