The future King of Denmark celebrated his birthday in the most fabulous way
Prince Christian of Denmark celebrated his 18th birthday over the weekend, and the Danish Royal Family threw him a glitzy bash attended by royals from throughout Europe.
The prince, who is second-in-line to the throne, appeared in front of massive crowds outside Amalienborg Castle in Copenhagen on Sunday morning.
The future King later celebrated his birthday at a grand gala in the evening with many of Europe's future monarchs attending.
During his balcony appearance, Christian looked in his element as he waved to crowds wearing a dapper grey checked suit and navy tie.

The 18-year-old was joined by his father, Crown Prince Frederik, his grandmother Queen Margrethe, his mother Crown Princess Mary, and his siblings Princess Isabella, Prince Vincent and Princess Josephine.
Mary, 51, looked great in a powder blue bespoke Soeren Le Schmidt Blue Coat Dress.
Meanwhile, Queen Margrethe chose to wear a bold purple outfit.
For the evening festivities, Mary looked sensational in a Jesper Hovring gown from the Fall/Winter 2014 Collection.

Princess Estelle of Sweden, who is only 11, wore a cute floral Christer Lindarw Gown.

The glitzy gala, which had forbidden guests from taking photos, was broadcast on Danish television.
In addition, Prince Christian's birthday party had a strict black-tie dress code.
The royal reportedly did not want any guests to bring him presents.
