The 48-year-old's device was snatched by a thief on an electric bike in Pimlico last month.
The former girlfriend of Prince Andrew was left "deeply shaken" by the incident, which she reported to police immediately.
Despite her efforts to recover the phone through official channels, the device has now surfaced thousands of miles away.
Speaking to the Mail, Lady Victoria said: "A guy on an electric bike swiped it out of my hand and sped off with it. It's such a shock".
The theft occurred shortly after the socialite returned to London in 2022, having lived in Los Angeles for two decades.
Lady Victoria was able to use the Find My iPhone app to wipe all information stored on her mobile. She also managed to track her phone's last location and provided the address to the authorities.
"I sent the police the new address where it is, but I don't think they were able to enter the flat," she explained.
Despite her quick actions, recovering the device proved difficult. "It's a major inconvenience," Lady Victoria added, clearly frustrated by the situation.
The theft highlighted growing concerns about street crime in central London, particularly involving individuals on e-bikes.
The socialite was actively tracking her phone's movements following the theft. Her discovery that the device is now in China represents a significant escalation in what began as a street crime incident.
Lady Victoria's public appeal for assistance suggests she has exhausted conventional channels for recovering her property.
