Pippa Middleton will be portrayed in the upcoming series of The Crown, as Netflix has revealed the actress who will play Kate's younger sister.
Matilda Broadbridge, 19, has been chosen to play the part of Pippa in the hit royal show.
Broadbridge is a relatively unknown actress from Bath, and Pippa will be her first major on-screen role.
The fact she is unknown to the public is reminiscent of Pippa's relative obscurity until she appeared at Princess Kate's royal wedding in 2011 as her maid of honour.
The young actress has shared how excited she is about the part.
Broadbridge wrote on Instagram: "A very short but very sweet trip to Crown land.
"So excited to announce that I’ll be appearing as Pippa Middleton in The Crown."
The part is said to be relatively small, with a brief focus on the royal wedding which saw Pippa thrust into the spotlight.
