Prince William joked today that Mike Tindall "apologised" after revealing his nickname is "One Pint Willy".
Zara Tindall's husband shared the moniker for the Prince of Wales during a podcast appearance last month.
He said: "He is known to me as One Pint Willy because he is not the best of drinkers, coming from a sport where it is built on the social aspect and a couple of beers being sunk quite often.
"That is one I will give away for the Prince of Wales."

The rugby player made the admission when he spoke to Rob Burrow on a podcast.
Prince William, 41, met Burrow today in Leeds where he awarded him a CBE at Headingley Stadium.
During their meeting, Burrow told William that he "recently met Zara and Mike", referring to a special podcast he recorded with the Tindalls.
He continued: "Mike has some secrets he told me which the kids found very amusing."
William smiled and replied: "I think that might be some of the nicknames.
"Was it you who got the nicknames out of him?"
The prince added: "He apologised to me about that. I was like, 'Mike, when you say you're not going to mention anyone's nicknames that doesn't mean you can then mention my nickname. That's not fair.'"
Burrow, who was diagnosed with motor neurone disease in 2019, told William that it was "an honour" to meet him and that he was "feeling good".
