Mike Tindall has highlighted the special roles that Princess Kate, Prince William and Princess Anne hold in the world of rugby.
The former England international rugby player who is married to Princess Anne's daughter Zara Tindall has a strong bond with the senior members of the Royal Family.
Anne, William and Kate have all appeared on Tindall's podcast The Good, The Bad, The Rugby.
During an interview on ITV's Good Morning Britain, Tindall discussed his relationship with his mother-in-law.

Host Susanna Reid asked the former rugby star what he calls Princess Anne to which he replied: "Mam."
Tindall also discussed the roles the Royal Family play for the British rugby community with their respective patronages.
Princess Anne is the patron of Scottish rugby, while Prince William is the patron of the Welsh Rugby Union and his wife Kate is the patron of English rugby.
He said: "They were amazing" when discussing having the royals as guests on his podcast.

GettyTindall continued: "Rugby has been going through a tough time and we wanted to showcase why it brings people together from all backgrounds, it's such an inclusive sport, but it also creates great human beings.
"It was more important to showcase why they like sport, why Princess Anne has been a patron of [the Scottish Rugby Union] for 37 years and why she loves the characters in the game.
"It accepts all fans and they come from all sides."

Haskell said: "I think it's an amazing opportunity for us.
"We saw them at their best and their wicked sense of humour.
"In the country in particular we put them on a pedestal but they are a regular family."
