The Duchess of Sussex made the revelation whilst cooking with actress Mindy Kaling in the second episode of "With Love, Meghan".

When asked by Kaling about how to season eggs perfectly, Meghan responded: "I have a family, a husband, who no matter what meal is put in front of him before he tastes it puts salt on, so I try to under-salt."
Kaling had admitted she struggles with egg seasoning, saying: "I never know how to season it so it comes out too salty or not salty enough."
After Meghan's revelation about Harry's salty preference, Kaling joked: "I love knowing that your husband loves it salty," with the Duchess of Sussex winking.
The pair were preparing frittata, an Italian egg-based dish similar to an omelette, during the exchange.

She further praised him by saying he "makes a really good breakfast" in general.
