Meghan Markle has been accused of "taking advantage" of Princess Kate's situation following her Mother's Day photo disaster.
The Duchess of Sussex has made a return to social media to launch her new lifestyle brand, American Riviera Orchard.
The bio for the new Instagram page dedicated to the brand reads: "By Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex. Established 2024."
A promotional video for American Riviera Orchard showed the Duchess cooking in a kitchen and picking flowers.

The launch follows the latest update from the Princess of Wales, as she was forced to confirm she had edited a photo released to mark Mother's Day, and quash growing rumours surrounding her health.
Taking to social media, the Princess confirmed she "sometimes experiments with editing", and apologised for "any confusion caused" by the image.
Discussing the timing of Meghan's launch, commentator Kinsey Schofield said the Duchess has "taken advantage" of Kate's situation, particularly from a "marketing perspective".
However, Schofield suggested that the Duchess would "not be enjoying" seeing the fallout of the Princess's photo scandal.

Schofield told GB News: "Even CNN, which has been notoriously critical of the monarchy, cited Meghan's launch as being suspicious and ill timed, while noting that Catherine is about three times more popular than Meghan."

Schofield added: "I don't know if she's relishing in it, but I do know that it's clear she's taken advantage of it."
Mark argued that Meghan is "entitled to launch her brand whenever she likes", and the Sussexes would "challenge the idea" and claim the timing was merely coincidental.
Discussing the Prince and Princess of Wales, Schofield claimed the couple are reportedly planning to "address the mystery" surrounding Kate's health at an upcoming public engagement after Easter, once Kate resumes public duties.
Detailing the claim first reported in The Sunday Times, Schofield said that according to a "close friend" of the Prince and Princess of Wales, the royals are planning to be "clear and more open" about the Princess's recovery from abdominal surgery.

Schofield explained: "In the same piece, friends are also concerned about the negative effects the rumours circulating online could be having on the Princess's recovery, adding additional stress that the palace has clearly tried to avoid."
When asked for her thoughts on the edited photo released by the Princess of Wales, the commentator said Kate "deserves her privacy", but admitted that from a "PR perspective", "more than a tweet" should have been released to clarify the situation.
She continued: "It was a mistake. It was an innocent mistake. We all photoshop our images. But I think that it becomes a historical issue when you are a historical figure. This is going to be the Queen one day.
"Why not just auction off the original photo to a great cause, make it a bigger story, make it a happy ending and make light of the subject? And in doing so, you're releasing a photo without pressure from the media or the public, and you're elevating a great cause that means a lot to you, and you nip the whole thing in the bud."
