The mother of two was wearing a baseball cap with the phrase "lettuce romaine calm" on the front.

On the back, the cap said: "With Love, Meghan".

Meghan additionally posted a video on her Instagram profile enjoying the viral ASMR trend - autonomous sensory meridian response.

This is a term used to describe a tingling, static-like, or goosebumps sensation in response to specific triggering audio or visual stimuli.

Michael Steed is back as director for the second season.

The Duchess of Sussex’s show debuted at number six on Netflix’s US and UK Top 10.

Despite the show being renewed for a second season, the programme was panned by several critics.

The show was deemed "over the top" and "unrelatable" as the former working royal made magnificent dishes in her Montecito neighbourhood.
