The Sussexes have struggled with a high turnover of staff
Meghan Markle has been hit with fresh allegations of frictions with staff.
Meghan has been described in new media reports of being "absolutely relentless" and "marches around like a dictator in high heels, fuming and barking orders".
One source told the Hollywood Reporter: "I've watched her reduce grown men to tears".
The actions have contributed to her earning the nickname "Duchess Difficult" among staff members.
"Harry is a very, very charming person - no airs at all - but he's very much an enabler," a source to the US publication.
The allegations come amidst a high turnover of employees in the Sussex camp, raising questions about the couple's ability to retain staff.
High-profile departures from the Sussex camp include Josh Kettler, their chief of staff, who resigned in August after just three months.
Other notable exits include Toya Holness, their global press secretary until 2022, and Christine Weil Schirmer, their head of PR who left in 2021.
Even Ben Browning, who secured Meghan and Harry's Netflix deal, and marketing chief Fara Taylor have moved on.
Catherine St-Laurent, who led their charity Archewell for a year, and Mandana Dayani, Archewell's COO, have also departed.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have struggled with staff retention
PAThese allegations echo previous claims made against Meghan during her time as a working royal.
Before her move to California, royal aides launched an inquiry into claims of Meghan's "belittling" behaviour towards two personal assistants.
Staff were reportedly left in tears and feeling "traumatised", with some likening their condition to having post-traumatic stress.
However, Meghan's lawyers have previously described such allegations as a "calculated smear campaign".
The Sussexes have not publicly commented on the latest reports.
The Sussexes have faced significant challenges in retaining staff since their move to California in 2020.
At least 18 members of their workforce have left since their marriage in 2018, with nine or more departing since their relocation to the United States.
