Angela Levin hit out at the Duke of Sussex in a lively interview on GB News where she claimed the Duke “has not changed” despite an apparent thawing of tensions between him and King Charles.
Royal insiders claim the couple had a 45-minute chat in what was a “cause for optimism” after the Duke’s return to the UK.
Harry’s relationship with his father has been frosty in recent years following a series of bombshell claims in documentaries, memoirs and interviews, but the Duke rushing home to be with his father shortly after his cancer diagnosis raised hopes of a possible rekindling.

But according to Levin, Harry is stuck in his ways and the trip was more likely have been a bid to boost his “popularity” in the US with wife Meghan Markle said to be behind the ploy.
Speaking to Andrew Pierce and Bev Turner, she also hit out at the Duke for expecting the King to “drop everything” and see him upon his return to British shores.

“The trip seems to be 100 per cent Harry”, she said on GB News.
“He flies off in a rush. He gets here when the helicopter is all ready to take the King and Queen away, and he wants to talk. It’s all about him, he’s done this loads of times before.
“You would imagine when there’s a huge illness standing in the way that he would actually think about what his father needed beforehand. The King works incredible hard.
“He has engagements from morning until night and Harry felt he should drop everything and speak to him and this is a continuation of this. I think Harry has not changed.
“He hasn’t suddenly got a loving feeling and wants to be there and show what he feels really and truly in his heart about his father.
“He’s the same Harry and I suspect it may even be an idea of Meghan’s to send him over to build up their lack of popularity in America.”
Harry and Meghan were branded two of 2023’s “biggest losers” in a Hollywood power ranking after a tumultuous period.
The annual Hollywood Reporter compilation earmarked the duo as two of the area’s most major failures in a year that saw the cancellation of their podcast and a brutal mocking on South Park.
Harry and Meghan’s dwindling relations with the Firm played a role in their downfall but hopes have emerged that bridges could be mended.
A well-placed source spoke to The Express about Harry’s brief meeting with Charles, saying: “I’d have thought that was cause for optimism.”
