Meghan Markle has paid a touching tribute to her late mother-in-law by wearing Princess Diana's ring during her appearance at the Time100 Summit in New York on Wednesday.
The Duchess of Sussex was accompanied by Prince Harry as she prepared to speak at the prestigious event at Jazz at Lincoln Center.
The couple were photographed smiling as they arrived in the major US city for the fifth-annual summit.
Meghan looked elegant in a tan suit with wide-legged trousers and a white button-up top, accessorised with a belt and gold watch.

Most notably, she wore a piece of jewellery once belonging to Princess Diana, honouring her husband's mother during this high-profile appearance.
The 43-year-old completed her sophisticated look with hoop earrings and wore her hair parted down the middle in loose waves.
Prince Harry opted for a navy blue suit for the Manhattan outing.
Meghan was confirmed to be attending the event alongside celebrities like Demi Moore and Ryan Reynolds.

During the summit, she chatted on stage with Time's Jessica Sibley about her latest podcast, "Confessions of a Female Founder".
Despite receiving an invitation, the Duchess has not been featured on any of the five worldwide covers for TIME's 100 most influential people list.
The summit aims to "spotlight solutions and encourage action toward a better world".
During her conversation, Meghan described herself as the "happiest [she has] ever been" in her current life.

In a March interview with People magazine, she revealed they are experiencing a "honeymoon period", adding: "My husband met me when I had [now-defunct lifestyle blog] The Tig, and I see this spark in his eye when he sees me doing the thing that I was doing when he first met me."
