Prince William is allegedly worried over the whereabouts of Meghan Markle’s engagement ring, which originally belonged to his late mother.
Meghan was given the ring by Prince Harry when he proposed to her in 2017.
However, the Duchess of Sussex has been spotted without her ring on numerous occasions, which has reportedly caused William to threat.
A source told New Idea magazine that it didn’t make sense as to why Meghan would not “proudly” wear the ring.

The source believes that its frequent absences could have sparked concern among the Royal Family.
They said: “It's safe to say it has set off alarm bells at the Palace. [Prince William's] putting the word out through mutual friends that he wants to know what's going on. Not knowing where they are is disturbing for William.”
William is allegedly very committed to preserving his mother’s legacy and the jewellery plays a role in that.
Meghan has been pictured not wearing the ring on numerous occasions, most recently in Dusseldorf, Germany when she flew out to support Harry during the Invictus Games.
LATEST DEVELOPMENTS:
The Duchess, 42, was first spotted without her £140,000 ring back in May.

Underneath an Instagram picture where the diamond band was noticeably missing, a fan wrote: "I wonder what has happened to the engagement ring?"
A source told Page Six that the ring is currently "being fixed".
The ring is reported to include two diamonds that were part of Princess Diana’s jewellery collection.
The engagement ring, which is currently in service, comprises of a Botswana diamond and two diamonds from Princess Diana.
Prince Harry described the ring at the time of their engagement.
He said: "The ring is obviously yellow gold because that's [Meghan's] favourite and the main stone itself I sourced from Botswana and the little diamonds either side are from my mother's jewellery collection, to make sure that she's with us on this crazy journey together."
