Prince Harry's most high-profile solo trip to the UK came in May 2023 at King Charles's Coronation.
Meghan Markle was invited to the occasion but decided not to go amid fears she could be booed by members of the public during the event.
Harry did not speak with senior royals during the Coronation and was instead relegated to the third row of Westminster Abbey with non-working members of the Royal Family.

With the news today that the 2027 Invictus Games will be hosted in Birmingham, the Duchess of Sussex will have to make a decision on whether she will come to the UK for the event.

If the latter scenario is the case in 2027 then the Duchess of Sussex will have to decide whether cutting ties with the UK outweighs supporting Prince Harry at an event that holds deep importance to him.
