Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are “biding their time to fight back” after being hit with a series of blows leaving their empire "crumbling", an expert has claimed.
The Duchess' podcast was scrapped by Spotify last week after just one series while the US Patent Office has denied their request to trademark its name.
Netflix is also unlikely to renew the couple's contract, some sources have suggested.
Royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams believes that the Sussexes are just “biding their time” for a comeback.

Spotify“What we are all waiting for is the Sussex’s fight back," he told The Sun.
“Of course, they’ve lost Spotify. There are rumours that they will lose Netflix. And now they have lost their fight for a trademark.
“It seems as if their empire is about to crumble - but I believe they are biding their time to bite back.”
It follows Meghan's new signing with WME talent agency back in April.
Fitzwilliams added: “WME are top-class and know what they are doing. What’s important is that they launch a fight back - but we don’t yet know what that is going to look like.
“At the moment if feels as though their empire is crumbling but its not crumbled yet.
“The question is why are they so quiet at the moment? What is going on?
“It really does seem they are brewing something up with their new team.

Meghan has previously spoken about wanting to make rom-coms with Prince Harry because "so much of how my husband and I see things is through our love story".
While rumours have also circulated that the Duchess is undergoing a major "rebrand" in Hollywood which could see the Meghan sign a deal with Dior.
