Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have recruited an ex-reality star in a new move to turn their deal with Netflix into a success.
Tracy Ryerson, a former model and reality star turned TV producer, is the latest executive to join the Sussexes' Archewell organisation.
Ryerson, 43, is the new Head of Scripted Content at Archewell Productions.
She is a TV executive who worked for the production company behind Peaky Blinders.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex's potential new show is inspired by Charles Dickens' Great Expectations.

Ryerson became famous in the US for appearing in two seasons of The Real L Word, which filmed her and her stand-up comic partner Stamie Karakasidis.
It comes as Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are working on a new project for Netflix titled Bad Manners.
One of Meghan's previous projects for Netflix, where she narrated an elephant in a Disney animated series called Pearl has been axed.
The couple are looking to bounce back after Spotify dropped them earlier this month.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex's potential new show is inspired by Charles Dickens' Great Expectations.
Harry and Meghan are developing the show based on a feminist version of Miss Havisham from Dickens' famous novel according to the Wall Street Journal.
