Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's UK base has been offered to Prince Andrew as the Royal Family looks to evict the Sussexes from Frogmore Cottage according to a source.
Meghan and Harry were given use of the five-bedroom Frogmore Cottage by the Queen as a wedding present in 2018. But the couple has barely lived in the royal residence over the last three years.
King Charles is looking to cut costs for the Royal Family and this looks to be his latest bid to tighten the purse strings.
An insider told the Sun: "This eviction surely spells the end of Harry and Meghan’s time in the UK.
"Andrew is resisting the idea of moving into Frogmore Cottage after he was offered it last week.
"But it shows Harry and Meghan are powerless to stop the eviction."

The Sussexes ordered £2.4million worth of renovations to the cottage before moving into the home they were gifted by Queen Elizabeth II.
However, they spent less than a year in Frogmore before deciding to step down as working members of the Royal Family.
Meghan and Harry left the UK, first moving to Canada and then California.
Prince Harry later paid back the cost of the renovations to the UK taxpayer in a deal which included leasing Frogmore Cottage for “several years”.
Princess Eugenie lived in Frogmore Cottage after Meghan and Harry moved to the US.
However, Prince Andrew's youngest daughter now lives in Portugal.
Prince Harry did stay in Frogmore Cottage in 2021 when he flew back to the UK for Prince Philip's funeral.
Last week it was reported that Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson had been left "distraught" as King Charles slashed a pivotal grant that helped his brother upkeep his mansion.
A source said: “It feels as though his brother wishes to evict him.”
They continued: “Andrew and Sarah are distraught they have been given such short notice. The Queen died only a few months ago.
“He’s not being explicitly kicked out but it’s expected that he won’t be able to afford the maintenance. Royal Lodge has a swimming pool, 98 acres of land and is already in need of some repair.”

However, according to a fresh claim from a source, Andrew has no intention of leaving the Royal Lodge.
They told the Mirror: "He [said] he's not leaving, there is no chance that will happen and even if the King wanted him how would that work?
"The King won't evict him so there is no chance it will come to that."
The source added: "If he [the King] wants to spend millions reimbursing him for the money he's already spent on the property, that's another matter."
