Josh Kettler is departing from his role as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's Chief of Staff
Meghan and Harry's outgoing chief of staff was hired to "guide the Duke of Sussex through his next phase", according to inside sources.
When the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's outgoing Chief of Staff was hired three months ago, sources dubbed him the perfect man to "guide" the Duke of Sussex through his "next phase".
As Josh Kettler departs from his role, insiders close to the Sussexes claim the experienced staffer was only handed the job on a "trial basis".
Kettler was hired by the Duke and Duchess of Sussex in May, just weeks before their quasi-royal tour in Nigeria.

However, Kettler has left the job ahead of Harry and Meghan's Colombia tour.
A source in California told The Mail: "Josh Kettler is no longer working for them."
A former member of staff also told the publication: "What may be most telling is that the entire time I worked there, I don't think I heard a single current or former employee on their staff say they would take the job again if given the chance.

"These aren't employees they had just found off the streets.
"Many of them are people who had previously excelled working for demanding bosses in high-performance companies and environments."
Insiders close to Harry and Meghan have told People that Kettler was only "hired on a trial basis, the decision to part ways was mutual, with both sides agreeing it wasn't the right fit".
The Californian-based couple has lost at least 18 members of staff since they married in 2018.
