Meghan Markle has shared a glimpse into her family's New Year's Eve celebrations with Prince Harry.
Speaking on the first episode of her new podcast "Confessions of a Female Founder," Meghan revealed they prefer an early night on December 31.

The two women have developed a close friendship since Meghan and Harry relocated to Montecito, California, after stepping back from royal duties in 2020.

Meghan described their celebration style as an "East Coast New Year's" tradition.
"That ball is dropping at 9pm, and I'm going to bed," she explained on the podcast.
The couple opt for this quieter approach as their children — Prince Archie, now 5, and Princess Lilibet, now 3 — are still very young.
The duchess shared an amusing anecdote about Wolfe Herd visiting their home in a "rhinestone disco crystal ball cowboy outfit" before heading to a themed New Year's Eve party.
This memorable visit left a lasting impression on young Archie, who still asks: "When do I get to see the cowboys again?"
The mother-of-two revealed that Archie greeted their guests wearing his PJ Masks costume.
In the podcast, Meghan praised Wolfe Herd as not just a "wildly successful female entrepreneur" but also a valuable "soundboard" during the development of her own brand.
