Meghan Markle has shared her advice for working women on avoiding burnout in the second episode of her new podcast, emphasising the importance of asking for help.
Speaking on the second episode of her podcast about female business founders, Meghan, 43, highlighted the "tremendous courage" required to admit when support is needed.
"The courage that it takes for a female founder, for a woman, when you're on this path, you're on this grind, you've set expectations... The courage that it takes to say 'I need help' or 'I need a pause' is tremendous," she said.
The duchess stressed that women must not only "intellectualise" techniques to avoid burnout but also "integrate" them into their lives.

Meghan was in discussion with Reshma Saujani, founder of Girls Who Code and Moms First, who spoke about continuing work despite health issues.
The duchess made reference to her own miscarriage, saying it meant "being OK to let something go that you planned to love for a long time".
She highlighted how women are "not allowed to break" and must "keep smiling" despite difficulties.
The pair first met at Kensington Palace in 2018 for 'Girls Who Code'.
On finding investment as a founder, Meghan advised: "If you go to someone and you ask for money, they're likely gonna give you advice. And if you go to someone and you ask for advice, they're much more likely to give you money."
Saujani suggested younger women no longer want to follow her generation's work-life balance.
Speaking of motherhood, the duchess described it as her "most important title".
