A source has accused the Sussexes of being 'poor decision-makers'
Meghan Markle has been dubbed her "Duchess Difficult" by a source that accused the Sussexes of being "poor decision makers."
It comes as Prince Harry celebrated his 40th birthday yesterday, with well wishes coming in from other members of the Royal Family.
Now, a source has told The Hollywood Reporter that staff members are "terrified" of her, with her receiving the nickname "Duchess Difficult."
It comes as Josh Kettler, the Santa Barbara-based consultant who’d been serving as chief of staff to the pair, reportedly resigned in August, after just three months on the job.

PAA source close to the couple said: "Everyone’s terrified of Meghan...She belittles people, she doesn’t take advice. They’re both poor decision-makers, they change their minds frequently. Harry is a very, very charming person, no airs at all, but he’s very much an enabler. And she’s just terrible."
Earlier this year, former Royal aide Samantha Cohen confirmed to the Australian Herald Sun that she was one of 10 aides interviewed by the Palace after a bullying complaint was raised against the Duchess.
In 2018, Buckingham Palace launched an investigation into Meghan for “bullying behaviour.” While the results of the inquiry were never made public, the claims were dismissed by Meghan, who denounced the effort as a "calculated smear campaign."
However, some US staff members said she has a tendency for noisy tantrums and "angry" 5am emails.

A source added: "She’s absolutely relentless...she marches around like a dictator in high heels, fuming and barking orders. I’ve watched her reduce grown men to tears."
The couple have gained a reputation for losing employees, and are believed to have lost at least 18 members of their workforce since they married in 2018.
Nine or more have left their roles since the couple escaped Britain for California in 2020, including their global press secretary Toya Holness and Meghan's top aide and private secretary Samantha Cohen.

It comes as the Duchess started a new venture with the soft launch of her brand American Riviera Orchard when she sent limited edition strawberry jam to her friends. However, the business has faced setbacks with its attempts at trademarking.
Meanwhile Prince Harry’s new Netflix documentary series about the world of polo is set to air in December. There was a brief return to the UK for the duke in August for the funeral of his uncle Lord Fellowes, when he stayed at Althorp, the ancestral home of his late mother Diana, Princess of Wales.
He reportedly had no interaction with William at the church service.
The duke has an upcoming trip to New York later this month, where he will carry out visits for his Archewell Foundation, and engagements with African Parks, The Halo Trust, The Diana Award, and Travalyst.
