The trailer was deleted before being uploaded again due to the original's incompatibility with Instagram

Meghan Markle's debut of her new Netflix series trailer on Instagram hit an early technical snag, as the Duchess of Sussex was forced to delete and repost the video due to resolution issues.

The mother-of-two, who launched her new Instagram account to ring in 2025, shared the first glimpse of With Love, Meghan yesterday, expressing she was "so excited" about the lifestyle programme.

The initial reveal, however, did not go quite according to plan.

Royal fans noticed the original post of the clip disappeared, with the link showing as unavailable.

Meghan Markle's debut of her new Netflix series trailer on Instagram hit an early technical snag, as the Duchess of Sussex was forced to delete and repost the video due to resolution issues.

The reposted version appeared around two hours after the original with notably improved image quality.

The issue stemmed from incorrect formatting for Instagram stories, resulting in blurry footage that failed to meet the platform's display requirements.

The Duchess opted to remove the original post and upload a full-frame version with clear resolution to ensure optimal viewing quality.

Royal fans were quick to point out the technical mishap on social media.

One observer detailed: "Another snafu in Meghans launch. This morning, Meghan originally uploaded her Netflix teaser trailer... Just 18 minutes ago, she deleted that post and has uploaded a full-frame version that has clear resolution."

A second said regarding the error: "Yikes! Any Gen Z could have told her how to do that even as a Gen X I would expect someone of her status to know that by now."

The new lifestyle series 'With Love, Meghan' is set to launch on January 15, coming nearly a year since the initial tease of her American Riviera Orchard brand last March.

The Duchess of Sussex's former Suits co-star Abigail Spencer took to Instagram to endorse Meghan's new venture.

"She's magic. Love you so @meghan," Spencer wrote alongside sharing the Netflix trailer.

The show emphasises personal connections, with Meghan noting: "This is about connecting with friends... I love that we're doing this together for the first time."
