Meghan Markle's Netflix show 'With Love, Meghan' has been tipped to spark a surge in demand for properties from A-listers and millionaires, a property expert has exclusively told GB News.
The Duchess of Sussex, 43, filmed her luxury cookery and lifestyle show in a neighbour's property, which is reported to be worth over £5million.
The eight-part series was released on March 4 and is the latest project in the Sussexes five-year deal with Netflix, which is set to expire later this year.
Despite negative ratings from UK publications and critics, Meghan announced that the show has been renewed for a second season, set to be released before the end of the year.

Property expert Terry Fisher of We Buy Any Home said: "With Love, Meghan' puts a spotlight on the luxury and lifestyle of California, particularly its high-end real estate, which will undoubtedly fuel interest in the region.
"Any time a celebrity showcases a desirable location, we tend to see an increase in demand, particularly from international buyers and high-net-worth individuals who want to experience that same luxury lifestyle."

"The average home in Los Angeles County is around $800,000, but in the exclusive areas featured in the series, prices can range from $3 million to upwards of $20 million.
"Meghan's portrayal of luxury living will likely add to the aspirational appeal, reinforcing the region's desirability."
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex reside in a 19,000-square-foot Mediterranean-style home thought to be worth £23.3million.

Meghan Markle's Netflix series has been renewed for a second season
GettyThe Montecito mansion, based about 90 miles north of the Los Angeles area, suffered a £1million temporary drop in price following the devesting wildfires in January, according to Fisher.
Fisher added that the impact on property prices is "likely to be more psychological than immediate".
He continued: "The demand for these elite properties is already strong, and while a show like this might encourage some buyers to explore the market, it's unlikely to drastically shift prices in such an already high-value area.
"What it may do, however, is increase interest from overseas investors or those who already aspire to own a home in California's most exclusive enclaves."
