Royal biographer Angela Levin has claimed that Meghan Markle is "furious" that no one "took notice of her" when she was first brought into the Royal Family.
The claim follows today's release of the royal biography Endgame, written by Omid Scobie.
The book, Scobie's next release following Finding Freedom in 2020, has unveiled a fresh scathing attack on the monarchy, and makes allegations towards every working member of the family.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, who also left the royal family in 2020, have been accused by royal experts of "informing" Scobie for the book.

During Meghan's time in the royal family in 2018, it was reported that the Duchess of Sussex had a desire to "modernise" and "reform" the British monarchy.
Following a royal tour of Australia, New Zealand, Tonga and Fiji, sources close to the Duchess claimed she had called royal tours "old fashioned", and questioned why nobody said "well done" to the couple after their trip.
Following Meghan and Harry's exit from the royal family, reports have been rife of a continued rift between the couple and the family.
Discussing the new allegations, biographer Angela Levin detailed the latest "knock" from Meghan towards Princess Kate.
Speaking to hosts Eamonn Holmes and Isabel Webster, Levin said: "That's why this whole book has come about.
"I mean, you can feel her knocking at Catherine, who is absolutely a wonderful Princess and marvellous in the Royal Family, and she's determined to smash the royal family to pieces.
Levin revealed: "When she went to join the family, she felt she would be there to tell the Queen how to modernise it and to bring it up to date, and she's furious still that nobody took any notice of her.
"We all know if you come from a foreign country and you go and stay somewhere else, you need one, two years to get used to it."

Levin said of Meghan and Harry: "She wanted to get to the top, and you see how she pushes Harry out the way if she wants to meet someone, and the nonsense that she hasn't known him or anything like that.
"But he admits he knows her friends, so it'll be the same as last time. So she tells the friend and the friend talks."
Eamonn Holmes then asked: "The book is titled Endgame and Survival of the Royal Family. How ominous is that? How close do you feel it is to the end game of the royal family?"
Levin replied: "I think it's his end game actually. I think people will hate having anything to do with him. Certainly the Royal Family don't.
"It's also a lie that he said he's been very close to people who work for the Royal Family. I've done two biographies, you have to really be nice to them. You have to wait. They're very cautious.
"They're only doing the job because they feel they are devoted to this country and to the royal family. The fact that they know what he's up to is absolute nonsense that they would tell him these things."
