Meghan Markle appeared to make a thinly-veiled dig at the Royal Family during her first ever podcast interview.
The Duchess of Sussex, 43, sat down for what has been described as a "raw, unfiltered chat" with Jamie Kern Lima, founder of IT Cosmetics.
During the interview, Meghan reflected on her relationship with Prince Harry after hearing comments he had made about being proud of her.
"You have to imagine, at the beginning it's all butterflies - but then we immediately went into the trenches together," she told Kern Lima.

"Right out of the gate, like six months into dating. So now, seven years later, when you have a little bit of breathing space, you can just enjoy each other in a new way."
She added: "That's why I feel like it's more of a honeymoon period for us now."
Meghan and Harry's relationship began with a blind date in 2016, with the couple going public that November.
The Duchess claimed she believes they will be married "forever" and called her husband a "fox" because of how "very very handsome" he is, adding that "his heart is even more beautiful".
In January 2020, they announced they were stepping down as senior members of the Royal Family.
They subsequently moved to the United States, where they have lived in Montecito, California, for over five years.
In the podcast, the Duchess became emotional while reflecting on motherhood, saying: "I really want to be good at it".
She explained how she hopes her children will grow up to appreciate that "no one has ever loved someone more than the way our mom loved us".
Meghan became visibly overwhelmed whilst discussing three-year-old Lilibet.
She wiped away tears as she talked about her "love language" for her children, explaining "it's not about the grandeur of a gesture" but the small moments.
"I'm just so proud of them," she continued, admitting she wasn't "expecting" the rush of emotions.
The Duchess revealed she has created "secret emails" for Archie and Lilibet, inspired by one of her "mom friends".

"Before I go to bed, every night, I email them," Meghan explained.
These digital time capsules contain everyday photos "you're not going to frame", report cards and childhood memories.
She hopes that when her children open these emails, "maybe when they're 16, maybe when they're 18, they will feel 'she has loved us so much'".
The gesture is part of the "tools" Meghan is assembling to help on her journey as a mother.
