She suggested this colourful breakfast idea can make mornings "a lot more fun" for children.
The duchess added "a little dollop of yoghurt" to represent clouds on her creation.
She then finished the rainbow display with "flower sprinkles, if we must".
The clip was captioned: "Find the fun in the everyday moments" with a rainbow emoji.
Meghan spoke candidly in the trailer about her approach to parenting.
"It's a real delight in being able to be a present parent, and it's a luxury sometimes because we all have to work," she said.
The duchess acknowledged the challenges of balancing family time with other responsibilities.
"We all have a lot of stuff to do, but when you can take a minute to just..." she continued, before a crew member suggests "Saturday morning."
Meghan agreed, adding: "Finding the fun in those moments makes for a really sweet start to the weekend."
The duchess emphasised that families don't need to create elaborate displays.
"You don't have to do a big platter of this," Meghan explained in the trailer.
"You could do this with one small row for your kids for breakfast, genuinely, and it makes the morning a lot more fun."

Her practical approach acknowledged the realities of a busy family life. The suggestion offered parents a manageable way to bring creativity to breakfast time.
The rainbow fruit idea appeared designed to be adaptable for everyday use rather than special occasions only.
Meghan emphasised the everyday practicality of her ideas in the trailer. "It doesn't need to be big for a party. It's how you can incorporate these practices every day," she said.
The duchess described the show's purpose at the beginning of the teaser: "This is about connecting with friends and just learning."
