"A month ago, I was absolutely consumed with packaging, boxes. It's all I could think about," she revealed.
She described mentally rehearsing the unboxing experience, worrying about tissue paper, biodegradable packing peanuts and sticker placement.
"You know when your brain goes in a loop, those 3am loops," she explained.
Meghan's As Ever brand launched just five days ago and sold out in under one hour, according to reports.
Fans eagerly purchased the £11 raspberry preserve, described as a "luscious fruit-forward spread" in "elegant keepsake packaging".
The £9 tea varieties, including lemon ginger, peppermint and hibiscus, were also quickly snapped up by shoppers.
The Duchess sent her products to several high-profile celebrities, including Kris Jenner and actress Zoe Saldaña, who shared their unboxing experiences online.
These celebrity endorsements came despite Meghan's anxiety about the presentation of her products.
