Meghan Markle has revealed she was inspired by a dating app amid her major new move.
The mother-of-two admitted she was unaware that the popular dating app Bumble was originally called Merci.

She added that such changes are part of entrepreneurship, noting: "These things that can feel very big as an entrepreneur when you're building your own thing are completely normal."
Meghan's comments came as she explained the evolution of her own brand, which was originally called "American Riviera Orchard" when first announced in March 2024.
The Duchess credited Wolfe Herd with helping her understand that name changes are a regular part of launching a business. This insight helped Meghan navigate her own brand's development journey.
The revelation highlights the close relationship between the Duchess and the Bumble founder, who has been offering business advice.

She described the collaboration as "a really perfect match" that combined Netflix's reach with her brand vision.
The Duchess expressed gratitude to Netflix executives, including chief content officer Bela Bajaria, whom she called "a friend and role model."
She also thanked the company's vice president of consumer products, Josh Simon, for helping make As Ever successful.
