Meghan Markle has revealed she now uses "Sussex" as her surname during her new Netflix cooking show "With Love, Meghan".
The 43-year-old made the revelation whilst in conversation with actress Mindy Kaling on the second episode of the series.
When Kaling referred to her as "Meghan Markle", the Duchess promptly corrected her.
"It's so funny, too, that you keep saying 'Meghan Markle,'" Meghan told Kaling. "You know I'm Sussex now."

The exchange occurred when Kaling, 45, mentioned Meghan's former surname whilst discussing childhood memories.
"People wouldn't believe that Meghan Markle ate at Jack in the Box," Kaling remarked.
This prompted Meghan to politely correct the "Mindy Project" star about her current name.
After the correction, Meghan explained the importance of sharing a surname with her family.
"You have kids, and you go, 'No, I share my name with my children,'" she added.
Kaling nodded in understanding, responding: "Now I know, and I love it."
Meghan further elaborated on the significance of the Sussex name in her conversation with Kaling.
"I didn't know how meaningful that would be to me, but it just means so much to go, this is our family name, our little family name," she said.
In a recent interview with People magazine, she expanded on this sentiment.
"It's our shared name as a family, and I guess I hadn't recognised how meaningful that would be to me until we had children," she explained.
"I love that that is something that Archie, Lili, H and I all have together. It means a lot to me."
Meghan and Harry officially became the Duke and Duchess of Sussex after their wedding in May 2018.

The titles were a wedding gift from the late Queen Elizabeth II.
Their children were born Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor and Lilibet Diana Mountbatten-Windsor.
Following Queen Elizabeth's death and King Charles III's ascension, they became Prince Archie of Sussex and Princess Lilibet of Sussex.
This change occurred due to royal rules that grandchildren of a sovereign are entitled to become princes or princesses of the realm.
