King Charles has issued a statement regarding the ongoing conflict between Israel and Palestine, four days after the fighting began.
So far, the Palestinian health ministry in Gaza has said at least 1,055 people have been killed and 5,184 wounded in the crowded enclave.
While on the Israeli side, more than 1,200 people have been killed, and at least 3,000 wounded according to the Israeli medical services.
A Buckingham Palace spokesperson has stated: "This is a situation His Majesty is extremely concerned about, and he has asked to be kept actively updated.

"His thoughts and prayers are with all of those suffering, particularly those who have lost loved ones, but also those actively involved.
"His Majesty is appalled by and condemns the barbaric acts of terrorism in Israel."
Leaders across the world have condemned the attacks by Hamas, including American President Joe Biden.
The 80-year-old called the attacks “an act of sheer evil” and added that at least 14 Americans were killed.

The Secretary of State Antony Blinken will arrive in Israel on Thursday, in a show of solidarity.
Meanwhile, Rishi Sunak visited Finchley United Synagogue in central London on Monday where he said: “I am unequivocal.
“There are not two sides to these events.
"There is no question of balance. I stand with Israel. We stand with Israel.

According to reports, there are more than 10 British Jews dead or missing from the Hamas attacks on towns near the Gaza Strip.
This includes the 20-year-old Nathanel Young, who was killed while serving with the Israeli military on Saturday.
