In February, the father and son held a 45-minute meeting at Clarence House after Harry rushed back to the country of his birth following the news the monarch had been diagnosed with cancer.
Harry has made two trips to the UK since then, including in August for his uncle's funeral, but has not seen King Charles during either of them.
The King's wife Queen Camilla does not want the monarch to hold a meeting with his son, according to an insider.
