King Charles and Queen Camilla have arrived in France for a three-day state visit but royal fans were left baffled by the lack of public presence to greet them.
The Queen looked divine in a pale pink coat dress and a matching hat as she exited the plane beside her husband.
Queen Camilla accessorised with her three-strand pearl necklace which featured a diamond clasp.
The King received a warm welcome from the French but onlookers were made to stand a considerable distance away from the monarch.

GB News' Pip Tomson said: "Where are the crowds?" when commentating over the historic State Visit.
The state visit is meant to highlight the friendship between the UK and France.
The trip was postponed in March amid widespread protests against Macron’s pension changes.
Charles and Camilla were greeted by Prime Minister Elisabeth Borne at Paris-Orly airport.

The King and Queen are currently on their way to the city centre for a ceremony at the Arc de Triomphe in the presence of Macron and his wife, Brigitte.
At the Arc de Triomphe, both national anthems will be played before a review of French troops.
In addition, a wreath will be placed at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier to “mark the shared sacrifices of the past and an enduring legacy of cooperation,” according to Buckingham Palace.
Tonight there will be a state dinner in the Hall of Mirrors at the Palace of Versailles in front of around 150 guests.

On Thursday, the King will address French lawmakers at the Senate.
King Charles will later visit the Notre Dame Cathedral to see how renovations are coming along before its reopening at the end of next year.
The British monarch and French President will also attend a reception for business leaders from both countries about financing climate-related and biodiversity projects.
