King Charles and Queen Camilla will host a reception at Buckingham Palace on April 30 to celebrate community-based initiatives that raise awareness about cancer and support those living with the disease.
The Duchess of Gloucester will also accompany Their Majesties at the event.
The reception aims to shine a light on community-based cancer care projects working to support people living with cancer and raise awareness of preventative actions.
Among the guests will be champions of cancer charities and those living with cancer, including Adele Roberts, Ashley Cain, Richard E Grant, and the parents of the late Dame Deborah James.

The royal hosts will meet representatives from Their Majesties' Patronages, including Macmillan Cancer Support, Breast Cancer Now, Maggie's and Children's Hospice South West.
The reception will feature displays showcasing the practical work of several organisations supporting cancer patients.
Move Dance Feel unites women affected by cancer through dance, while Rainbow Boxes offers practical items for people starting cancer treatment.
Wigs for Heroes, which supports people undergoing cancer treatment, will also be highlighted.

The choir comprises 26 women who discovered their breast cancer symptoms after seeing an awareness campaign on Lorraine Kelly's ITV1 programme.
The Change + Check campaign was launched in 2019 by Lorraine producer Helen Addis, who was diagnosed with breast cancer at 39 with no family history of the disease.
More than 100 women and one man have contacted the programme saying they received their breast cancer diagnosis after seeing the campaign.

PAThe Royal Family has a longstanding relationship with organisations supporting cancer research and patients, with King Charles becoming Patron of Macmillan Cancer Support as Prince of Wales, an organisation providing medical and financial support to cancer sufferers.
In 2021, the King wrote an article for The Telegraph about challenges faced by cancer patients, writing: "I have been proud to be Patron of Macmillan Cancer Support and, during that time, I have met countless people whose lives have been touched by cancer."
Queen Camilla has been President of Maggie's since 2008, a charity building supportive centres for people with cancer, while the Duchess of Gloucester serves as Patron of Prostate Cancer UK, raising awareness about prostate disease and supporting research.
