The Duke of Sussex has not seen his father in person since February 2024

King Charles and Prince Harry are unlikely to see each other in the UK this week due to the geographical challenges of arranging a meeting.

Prince Harry is scheduled to make an appearance at the WellChild Awards in London on Monday.

However, King Charles is in Scotland and was pictured attending church in Balmoral earlier today.

A source told the Express that a meeting between the two royals is not expected to go ahead.

They said: "There are no official plans in the diary to see the King and it is unlikely that they will meet due to simple geography."

Prince Harry has made a unique request ahead of his upcoming engagement in the UK.

Harry has requested that the location of his engagement is not made public until Monday, as a security measure, an insider has claimed.

The source said: "Harry is still very concerned about his security in the UK and his team have asked that the location not be shared with anyone until the day of the event.

It comes as Queen Camilla has warned King Charles against meeting with Prince Harry next week, according to a source.

In February, the father and son held a 45-minute meeting at Clarence House after Harry rushed back to the country of his birth following the news the monarch had been diagnosed with cancer.

Harry has made two trips to the UK since then, including in August for his uncle's funeral, but has not seen King Charles during either of them.

However, the King's wife Queen Camilla does not want the monarch to hold a meeting with his son, according to an insider.

King Charles is still receiving treatment for an undisclosed form of cancer.

They told the Daily Beast: "She has been the principal voice urging Charles to slow down and take things easy.

"The last thing she wants him to do is to get stressed out over a meeting with Harry."
