King Charles has "extended his stay at hospital" after surgery for an enlarged prostate, an insider has claimed, as Queen Camilla has visited her husband for the fourth time.
The King, 75, planned on staying at The London Clinic for two nights following the operation on Friday, but has now stayed for a third night.
"It is understood that Charles would only stay in hospital for longer than two nights if there was some kind of unexpected issue," a source told The Sun.
They added that the third night at the clinic "is entirely precautionary" but may have caused "some unease".
