Prince William could be "taking on some of King Charles's duties" after it was announced that the monarch has been diagnosed with cancer.
Buckingham Palace confirmed the King has been diagnosed with a form of cancer and has begun a schedule of regular treatments.
GB News Royal Correspondent, Cameron Walker said Prince William will potentially represent the King at royal duties.
"Prince William, I'm told, is also possibly going to be taking on some of King Charles' duties or representing the King of behalf of him, but certainly not all," Walker said.

"The king is still expected to have his weekly audience with the Prime Minister, but on doctor's advice, it's advised that they should not meet in person.
"Other arrangements, it's understood, will be arranged and similar with privy council meetings, the king is still expected to attend privy council meetings.
"He's also expected to work through those famous red boxes, his constitutional duties, signing Government papers, reading cabinet minutes."
While the King has postponed public duties he "remains wholly positive about his treatment", Buckingham Palace said.
The King underwent corrective surgery last month for an enlarged prostate.
Buckingham Palace announced on January 16 that the King would be seeking treatment for an enlarged prostate.
Prince Harry, 39, has announced he will come and see his father in the coming days after being personally notified about the King's health battle by the monarch.
Walker added: "It's also understood that councillors of state will not be required, so councillors of state are members of the Royal family over the age of 21, in Direct Line of succession, who can deputise on behalf of the King, if the King is too ill to carry out his constitutional duties.

PA"I'm told that is not necessary at this stage, which suggests to me that the King is optimistic about his treatment.
"But of course, it is incredibly serious, the fact that Prince Harry is travelling from America to London to visit His Majesty the King.
"Having, of course spoken to His Majesty, presumably over the phone or via the internet about his diagnosis, we're told Prince William is in regular contact with his father as well - but of course, this is incredibly unexpected news."
