Princess Kate has stepped out at the Commonwealth Day Service this afternoon after missing the event last year.
The Princess of Wales was unable to attend the service in 2024 as she was undergoing preventative chemotherapy treatment after cancer was found in tests following a significant abdominal surgery.
The princess announced she had completed her preventative chemotherapy treatment in September 2024 and confirmed earlier this year that she was in remission.
She has since resumed royal duties and has undertaken joint public appearances with Prince William as well as solo engagements in 2025.

King Charles and Queen Camilla are leading royal attendees at Westminster Abbey for the annual Commonwealth Day Service today.
They are joined by the Prince and Princess of Wales, the Princess Royal and the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester.
The service is showcasing this year's Commonwealth theme "Together We Thrive" through special performances and ceremonial elements.
The theme highlights the 56 independent member countries united by shared values enshrined in the Commonwealth Charter.
The Princess of Wales was unable to attend the service in 2024.

Rooted in principles of family, unity and peace, "Together We Thrive" emphasises the importance of fostering strong communities that support and empower their members.
Upon arrival at Westminster Abbey, the royals were met by the Dean of Westminster.
The royal couple then greeted members of the Shree Muktajeevan Swamibapa Pipe Band.
This community band represents the world's first Hindu eco-temple, Shree Swaminarayan Mandir in Kingsbury, London.
King Charles serves as Head of the Commonwealth, a role he has actively supported for over 40 years.

The service included special musical performances from a diverse range of artists.
Over 700 schoolchildren attended alongside Commonwealth Games athletes including Sir Chris Hoy and Shanice Beckford-Norton.
High Commissioners and senior politicians from across the UK and Commonwealth were also present.
