Princess Kate and Prince William have suffered a blow after another member of their staff has quit.
Beauty executive Demetra Pinsent has stepped down as director of the Prince and Princess of Wales's Royal Foundation after serving eight years as a trustee.
The 50-year-old will continue her role as chief executive of Charlotte Tilbury's beauty empire, where she has overseen remarkable growth.
Her departure from the Royal Foundation comes four years after Spanish firm Puig acquired a majority stake in Charlotte Tilbury in a deal that valued the British company at £1.3billion.

The Royal Foundation will now need to adapt to life without Pinsent's considerable expertise and high-octane talents.
This comes shortly after the Prince and Princess of Wales's royal equerry, Rob Dixon, stepped down from his position.
The commander was first appointed to the household in 2020 when William and Kate were the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
Dixon continued in his role when William and Kate became the Prince and Princess of Wales in 2022.

After four years as William and Kate's right-hand man, he is now set to return to his post in the Royal Navy.
Meanwhile, Pinsent is set to continue her role as chief executive of Charlotte Tilbury's beauty empire.
Under her leadership as CEO, the beauty brand has achieved remarkable success, culminating in the 2020 deal with Spanish firm Puig.
The acquisition valued the British beauty company at £1.3billion, marking a significant milestone in the brand's global expansion.

Her business acumen has been instrumental in transforming Charlotte Tilbury from a celebrity make-up artist's vision into an international beauty powerhouse.
Speaking about her partnership with Charlotte Tilbury, Pinsent expressed strong conviction about their professional compatibility.
"I knew I had met my perfect match in Charlotte," she said.
Pinsent added: "She is as ambitious, determined and opinionated as I am, yet complementary to me in the way she thinks about opportunities."
Their successful collaboration has proven the strength of this partnership, with both women bringing their unique talents to build one of Britain's most successful beauty brands.
The synergy between Tilbury's creative vision and Pinsent's business expertise has created a formidable force in the global beauty industry.
