The Prince and Princess of Wales share a love of sports
Princess Kate and Prince William faced off in a highly competitive netball contest today at Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre in Marlow.
As part of World Mental Health Week, the Prince and Princess of Wales visited this sports centre because it supports young sports people with their mental wellbeing.
Kate and William each tried their hand at netball during a mental fitness workshop today.
The happy mother-of-three could be heard shouting "Yes" while punching her arms in the air as she scored a goal in the hoop.

Similarly, William showed his athletic prowess by scoring a goal effortlessly during his visit to the sports centre.
At one point, the prince and princess attempted to block goals from each other in a show of marital competition.
As well as netball, the royal couple tried "goal ball" today, which is a sport for the visually impaired.
For this game, the princess was blindfolded while carrying a blue ball.

She then threw it towards the goal ahead of her, where a blindfolded goalkeeper had to save it.
But Kate was victorious when her ball went straight into the left side of the goal.
"They are in a league of their own," a fan of the couple posted on X.
They added: "This country is very lucky to have them and their approach to mental illness is refreshing."
