Princess Kate and Prince William will miss the Baftas for a family holiday in the Caribbean with George, Charlotte and Louis, according to reports.
The Prince and Princess of Wales will not attend this year's Bafta Film Awards on Sunday evening, Kensington Palace confirmed earlier this week.
Prince William, who serves as Bafta President, was never scheduled to attend the 2025 ceremony, despite his appearance last year.
The family are believed to have flown together, along with Kate's mother, Carole Middleton, according to the Mail.

Royal protocol forbids certain royals from travelling together in the same plane to protect the line of succession in the event of a plane crash.
The trip clashes with the Bafta Film Award ceremony, which Prince William and Princess Kate regularly attend.
The royal couple first attended the event together in 2017, with Kate stepping out in a floral off-the-shoulder gown by Alexander McQueen.
This debut was followed by annual appearances at the British event, with the royals attending in 2018, 2019 and 2020.

The Prince and Princess of Wales last attended the Baftas together in 2023, with William attending alone last year.
Princess Kate's attendance in 2024 was ruled out as the mother-of-three was recovering from abdominal surgery.
Kate later announced in March she would temporarily be stepping back from royal duties following an undisclosed cancer diagnosis.
The princess is currently performing a gradual return to royal duties.
